5: Mindfulness of Experience
An exercise to reinforce the idea that conditions of our lives are always changing, periods of joy and sorrow do not last forever. In turn, perspective-taking cultivates the attitude of appreciating when times are going well, as well as providing hope that there will eventually be an end to our suffering.
